About us

We are a listed company focused on the non-ferrous metal sector. We have over 50 years of experience in the foreign trade of non-ferrous metals, semi-finished products, and bearings. We have traded on the London Metal Exchange (LME) since the mid-1970’s. Since 24 June 1997 Impexmetal S.A.’s shares have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2005 the Company has been included into the structures of the Boryszew Capital Group.

Mission and strategy

It is the Company's vision, consistently pursued by the Management, to further expand the value of the Company for shareholders. The Management's strategy focuses on assets restructuring, modernisation, and allocation of assets in the most promising segments of the metal sector, i.e., the copper and aluminium business. We run our business according to the rules of the corporate governance. We take care of the constant Company’s development, mainly by extending its operations.

Capital Group:

Impexmetal S.A. has built a Capital Group including about 30 domestic and foreign companies working mainly in the non-ferrous metal sector.
