Mr Piotr Szeliga does not conduct any business activities that are competitive to the business of the Issuer nor does he not participate in any competitive companies or partnerships as a partner of a general partnership or any other partnership or as a member of a body of a company or at any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body. Mr Piotr Szeliga is not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the Act on the National Court Register (KRS). Mr Szeliga holds a Master of Arts in Economics. Graduate of the Cracow Academy of Economics and Stockholm International Banking Institute at Stockholm University.

Mr Piotr Szeliga is a certified auditor entered into the Registry of Certified Auditors under No. 10363 and holds the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting.

Professional experience
Between 1996-2000, Mr Szeliga worked for Arthur Andersen.
From 2000 to 2003, he served as Chief Financial Officer at ce-market.com.
Between 2003-2012, he worked for Impexmetal S.A., from September 2007 as President of the Company’s Management Board and CEO.
From 2006 to November 2018, he worked for Boryszew S.A., serving on the Company’s Management Board between 2012-2018.
